Dear guests, in order to make your stay in Hotel a pleasant experience, please follow the House Rules.

img Only a person registered at the reception may use the accommodation facilities at the Residence Hotel.
img Visitors are not allowed in rooms. Please use the lobby-bar or the restaurant for socializing and meetings.
img In cases of longer stay, the Hotel bill is to be paid every 7 days, while the rest is covered at check-out. Bills are payable in cash or debit card or by credit card
             (Maestro, Visa, Euro Card/MasterCard, Diners club or American Express).
img Cheque payment can be done only for bill to company with proper process.
img The mini-bar use is charged pursuant to the valid and enclosed price list. The bill is paid at the reception.
img Easily flammable and explosive substances and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odour, are not allowed on Hotel premises.
img Pursuant to the provision of the Act limiting the use of tobacco products in public and enclosed spaces, smoking is not allowed on Hotel premises. Any violation of
             this Act shall b fined.
img Washing, drying and ironing clothing garments is not allowed in the rooms. Please use the Hotel laundry service for that purpose.
img Due to sanitation rules, consumption of food and beverages purchased or delivered by catering services which do not operate within the Hotel is not allowed in any

img All possible complaints by individual, agency or contract guest shall he taken into account only if reported during the stay. All later claims shall be rejected.

img 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
img 75% if cancelled one day in advance.
img 100% if cancelled on same day.

For Groups / for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December and Long weekends) -

img 25% if cancelled forty five days in advance.
img 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
img 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
img 100% if cancelled on same day.
img Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

Confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations –

img 25% of the total room tariff at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
img 100% of the total room tariff and chartering cost two months in advance.
img 80% of the balance of total expected budget 45 days in advance.
img If not complied to, the booking can be cancelled.
img Full clearance of bill at the check-out.

In case of any cancellation the service tax of 12.36% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 5th of the next month.

img Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
img Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
img Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
img The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
img Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
img Apart from room rent advance, a amount of 1000/- to be deposited by cash or credit card while doing check-in as security and the amount will be adjusted in total
